Tr. Shaila Thakur, is a Certified Soft skills, MEPSC, RASCI & PoSH & POCSO Enabler.

She is a Master of Commerce, PG-DBM & MDIT holder with over 19+ years of experience in L&D of which 8 years has been a corporate stint for UK based clients and worked onsite (UK).

She has imparted trainings to various sectors such as Retail, Educational Institutions, Manufacturing- Automobile, Auto-components, Medical equipment & others, Travel & Tourism and IT & ITES pan India and abroad.

She is proficient in conducting classroom (Off-line) and VILT program (Online) for the learners.
